The Brea Key Club resumed activities on Tuesday, September 13.  This year Brea Club Advisors will continue with Charlie Phillips and Dan Cook.

The Brea High School advisor will continue with Mr. Finnerty.

This year officers are

  • President Sherman Uyeno,

  • VPs Alex Kim & Matt Schade,

  • Secretary Lauren Lee and

  • Treasurer Michelle Lu.

Upon arrival at the school, check in at the Front Desk of the Admin Office and ask for a visit request during school hours; you sign a visit request for that day.  There is visitor parking just outside the Admin offices near the flag pole and around the back near the new building.

Easter Egg Hunt
April 7, 2012
Arovista Park, Brea

It's almost time again for the fastest project known to man, when hundreds of parents with kids in tow vacuum the fields at Arovista Park of candy, eggs, and the stuff little creatures in the park leave at night.

Be there at 7:30 am for the 9:00 am start.

Feed the Seniors Project

Left to right: Charlie Phillips, Henry Eagar, and Mike O'Brien at this weeks feeding.

Remember, on the second Wednesday of each month, members of our club descend upon the Brea Senior Center to serve lunch to the seniors who have come to dine.  Before you leave, make sure all your fellow Kiwanians leave with you.

Ralph's Community Contributions Program

A link with steps to register/re-register for the Ralphs Community Contributions Program is located in the left column. This program has generated about $100 for the use of our club.  Please consider shopping at Ralphs for the rewards that can be deposited to our Kiwanis Club of Brea.

Key Club Fall Rallies

Thanks to Carol and Charlie Phillips and Joe Salazar for volunteering to chaperoning our Key Clubbers to the Fall Rally.  Fall Rally North attendance was 3,803 and Fall Rally South had 9,024.  Both are new records.

Total amount raised for PTP was over $130,000.
